Kyla Wildsoet

Kyla brings extensive experience and a strong passion for quality assurance, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance to the SPAO team. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science from UTS and advanced studies in Systems Analysis and Database Management at the University of Wollongong, she possesses a robust technical foundation.

Over the past five years at ANSTO as a Quality Assurance Associate, Kyla specialised in document control, compliance, and quality management system oversight. Her role involved active collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. Previously, Kyla dedicated 18 years to Kimberly-Clark Australia as a Product Specialist, playing a critical role in technical and project administration, compliance, and process improvement initiatives across various operational teams.

Kyla's ability to effectively leverage SAP systems to enhance business operations and streamline processes will be instrumental at SPAO. Her problem-solving mindset, combined with her collaborative approach, enables her to navigate complex systems and ensure organisational efficiency.

Outside the workplace, Kyla enjoys the vibrant Wollongong beach lifestyle—whether it’s taking leisurely walks with her dog Becky or energising bike rides along the coast. With two teenage children who are increasingly independent, Kyla cherishes her well-deserved downtime, savouring moments of relaxation and recreation.
